Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Methods : We ship all our packages with a tracking number via Chronopost in France. For Europe, customers can choose between Chronopost and Mondial Relay.

• Shipping costs : Calculated based on the weight of the package and displayed before order validation.

• Express Shipping Options : Currently unavailable.

• Processing times : 4 business days from the day following order validation (excluding weekends and public holidays). For pre-orders, these times may vary depending on production. An estimate will be indicated on the product page.

• International Shipping : Customs fees and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Return policy

• Size exchanges : Possible subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Refunds : Valid for unshipped orders or products returned in their original condition (unworn except for fitting, with tags and packaging intact). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of the return.
