Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

1. Exceptions (made-to-order items)

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

products made as a pre-order / made to order (produced specifically in the size and colour chosen);
personalized products;
underwear and intimate items that have been unsealed, for hygiene reasons.

These items are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in case of a defect or an error on our part.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

For eligible products, notify us of your decision before the end of the 14-day period, by e-mail to 2480sowo@gmail.com, stating your order number and the items concerned. You may use the standard form below (optional).

You must then return the products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision, to the address:

3. Costs and refund

The return costs are borne by the customer.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all sums paid (excluding return costs) no later than 14 days after recovering the items or receiving proof of their shipment, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

4. Defective products or error on our part

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at 2480sowo@gmail.com: we cover the return costs and send you a prepaid label.
