2. Products
Products available for sale (caps, hats, cardigans, etc.) are offered while stocks last. Each product is described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screens or the materials used.

3. Orders and pre-orders
Orders and pre-orders are placed directly on the website www.2480.fr. In the case of a pre-order, the customer is informed that shipment will not be made until the end of production. The estimated delivery time will be indicated on the product page and may be subject to change. Payment for pre-orders is collected immediately to guarantee the manufacture of the products.

4. Shipping and Deliveries
Packages are shipped via Chronopost in France and Mondial Relay in Europe. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering. The average processing and delivery time is 4 business days for in-stock items. For pre-orders, the delivery time will be specified on each product page.

5. Returns, exchanges and refunds

• Size exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.

• Refunds are possible as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, only exchanges can be made.

• Pre-orders are neither cancellable nor refundable after validation, except in the event of a production delay of more than 30 days.
